Responsibilities include providing exceptional in-person and phone service, explaining loan products and terms, processing applications, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with policies and laws. The role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and being organized and detail-oriented. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; prior customer service or data entry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
