About the role

A Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with loan inquiries, evaluating vehicles, managing accounts, processing payments, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
• Ensure compliance with policies and applicable laws

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professionalism
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and organized
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred but not required
• Able to work full-time in the specified schedule
• Dependable, honest, motivated, and team-oriented
