We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist potential and current borrowers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, and account management.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person and phone service
- Explain loan products and payment options
- Process applications
- Manage customer accounts
- Make courtesy calls
- Ensure compliance with company policies and laws
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills
- Positive attitude
- Organizational abilities
- Previous customer service and data entry experience are preferred but not required
