Seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, account management, and payment processing. They ensure compliance with company policies and deliver honest, respectful service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls and ensure policy compliance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable
• Excellent communication, detail-oriented, and organized
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred but not required
