Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, loan management, and payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service.
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly.
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications.
• Manage customer accounts, payments, and data entry with accuracy.
• Make courtesy reminder calls and ensure compliance with policies and laws.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and dependable.
• Previous customer service and computer experience preferred but not required.
