About the role

Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting loan customers, evaluating vehicles, managing accounts, and processing payments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts, payments, and data entry
• Make courtesy reminder calls and ensure compliance with policies and laws

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, motivated, and honest
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred but not required
