About the role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist potential and current loan customers both in person and via phone. The role involves explaining loan products, evaluating vehicles, processing loan applications, managing customer accounts and payments, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and clarity
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payment processing
• Make courtesy reminder calls and ensure compliance with company policies and laws
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Requirements

• Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required
• Prior customer service and computer experience are preferred but not mandatory
• Personal attributes such as motivation, honesty, dependability, and professionalism are valued
