About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers with loan inquiries, evaluating vehicles, managing accounts, and processing payments. They ensure clear communication about loan products, terms, and options, while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional in-person and phone customer service
• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options professionally
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payment processing
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls when needed
• Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable laws

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and motivated
• Experience in customer service or data entry preferred but not required
• Must pass background screening and uphold professional integrity
