Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional customer service in person and by phone
• Explaining loan products, terms, and payment options clearly and professionally
• Evaluating vehicles and processing loan applications
• Managing customer accounts and payments
• Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Making courtesy reminder calls as needed
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws

Qualifications and Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Previous customer service and data entry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass a background screening
