About the role

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting potential and current customers with loan inquiries, vehicle evaluations, managing accounts, and processing payments. They ensure compliance with company policies while delivering honest, respectful, and exceptional service both in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly
• Evaluate vehicles and process loan applications
• Manage customer accounts and payments
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Make courtesy reminder calls as needed
• Ensure adherence to policies and legal requirements

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent communication, detail-oriented, and organized
• Prior customer service or data entry experience preferred but not required
• Ability to pass background screening
• Dependable, motivated, honest, and professional
