Customer Support Representative

Job Summary

Culligan Water is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to work directly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and managing customer accounts
• Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers
• Schedule service and delivery orders
• Cope with customer schedules by coordinating with the service/operations team
• Contact customers for additional services or maintenance plans
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED
• At least two years of customer service experience
• Strong time management and project management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
