About the Opportunity

The Customer Support Representative plays a key role in assisting customers to effectively use the shipping software, helping them save costs and navigate shipping challenges. The position involves responding promptly and empathetically to customer inquiries, contributing to customer satisfaction and retention within a remote team environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn and master shipping knowledge to assist customers.
• Collaborate flexibly with team members, including weekends and holidays.
• Provide rapid and friendly live chat support to customers.
• Guide customers on using the software to maximize savings.
• Adapt to a dynamic remote work environment.
• Work remotely using company-provided equipment.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging team culture.
• Deliver outstanding customer interactions that differentiate the organization.

Requirements

• Friendly and patient attitude.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented.
• Strong texting abilities on iOS or Android.
• PREFERRED: ability to speak like a pirate, ecommerce or small business experience, Spanish language skills.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

Pay rate is $27.88 per hour plus potential overtime. 144 hours of accrued vacation time, usable after 90 days. 12 paid holidays per year. 80 hours of paid sick time annually. Medical insurance fully covered for employees; dependents covered at 50%. Dental and vision insurance fully covered for employees; dependents at 50%. Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with company matching of 100% for contributions of 1-3%. 12 weeks of paid parental leave. One-time home office reimbursement up to $1,500. Additional stipends for wifi and snacks.
