About the role

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat.

Responsibilities

  • Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
  • Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.

Qualifications
