About the role
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback.
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as necessary.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in a customer service role preferred but not required.
Qualifications
