RESPONSIBILITIES
The Customer Support Representative is the first point of contact for customer calls and emails, and handles customer inquiries and transactions via phone or email in an accurate and professional manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a banking role and/or call center experience is preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills, specifically with e-services or online/digital banking
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
