About the role
Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join their growing team in Clinton, MS.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via telephone and email to provide support and information on products or services.
- Capture and enter orders for new or additional products or services.
- Field customer questions and complaints; escalate issues to other staff when necessary.
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Daily travel to the United States Post Office to collect and deliver mail.
- Process incoming mail and distribute to appropriate departments or teammates.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
- Travel requirements: less than 10%.
Qualifications
- Self-starter with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
