About the role
The Forward Engineering Team at Candid is seeking an experienced engineer to join our mission. This role will work closely with customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and requirements
- Develop and implement technical solutions to address customer pain points
- Collaborate with product management and design teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our engineering processes and tools
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience working with healthcare systems and payment processing
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, and SQL
Qualifications
- Passionate about using technology to improve healthcare outcomes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
