Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Interacting with customers in a polite and professional manner via incoming and outgoing phone calls, email, chat (text and video), face-to-face communication, and other channels as assigned
- Supporting all components of the order process including order entry, return process, and customer inquiries
- Analyzing information received from the customer and exercising independent problem-solving to deliver successful resolutions
- Representing Pitsco during meetings and potentially at conventions/exhibits/events as requested
- Continually obtaining and retaining product knowledge to support customer needs
- Preparing various information and reports as requested
- Assisting in various departmental projects as requested
