About the role
Auxillium is a unique call center focused on supporting smaller projects both in-house and remotely. We specialize in enhancing customer experiences for businesses across various industries including sports, gaming, healthcare, dispatch, worker's comp, medical research, and financial services. We aim to provide exceptional service through quality, accuracy, and continuous process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls from Golf Accounts and Consumers.
- Respond to product-related questions and set up return authorizations for warranty and non-warranty issues.
- Build and foster relationships with accounts and consumers by exceeding customer expectations on every call.
- Exceed customer expectations on each interaction, handling an average of 100 incoming calls per day.
- Explain the features and benefits of the client's product lines.
- Resolve issues with product installation, general troubleshooting, and application assistance over the phone or by email.
- Stay updated on industry current events and trends.
- Utilize efficiencies in multi-tasking to operate simultaneously in multiple tools including Zendesk, Salesforce, Outlook, and Intranet-based systems.
- Be prepared to handle special projects and training as assigned, completing tasks thoroughly and accurately.
- Use office equipment such as computers, calculators, copiers, faxes, and other business-related machines and software.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of golf experience is required.
- Customer service and knowledge of the golf industry or game are preferred.
- Knowledge of technical support, application support, or gaming is beneficial.
- Technical proficiency with computers/mobile devices, software, and iOS is essential.
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills are necessary.
- Working knowledge of mobile applications and/or gaming and support devices is required.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and great attention to detail.
- Communicate effectively, professionally, clearly, and courteously with customers.
- General knowledge of golf terminology and/or familiarity with the sport is helpful.
- Ability to work in a fluid and ever-changing situations is crucial.
- Willingness to adapt to Auxillium’s positive culture as a supportive team member is expected.
