Customer Supply Chain Lead

Responsibilities

Lead Supply Chain Joint Business Planning with the strategic customers and represent Chamberlain Group in customer-facing discussions.

Translate customer insights into actionable supply chain strategies.

Drive cross-functional alignment, proactively identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing outcomes that improve service, reliability, and mutual business performance.

Implement and track key performance metrics to measure the impact of customer experience improvement initiatives and demonstrate their value.

Create and promote a business-wide culture of continual improvement to consistently drive the kinds of operational and functional supply chain improvements which are most valuable to customers and Chamberlain Group.

Manage successful execution of customer promotional events through coordination and communication between Procurement and Logistics functions as well as Chamberlain Group's functional contacts in Sales, Demand Planning, Warehouse Operations, Transportation and Customer Service.

Create and promote corrective action plans in collaboration with Chamberlain Group’s Supply Chain to identify and address service issues and failures.

Maintain and communicate key Supply Chain performance measurements as defined by ongoing development of customer-specific targets and measures, and reconcile to customer-defined scorecards.

Identify opportunities to elevate the customer experience using tools like customer journey mapping and design thinking.

Build strong cross-functional relationships to influence strategy and operations within each function.

Qualifications

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's Degree.

Experience: 5+ years.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Excel, Analytical skills, Customer service skills, Ability to understand customer experience.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $102,600.00 - $165,375.00; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.

Schedule

This position is eligible for participation in a short-term incentive plan subject to the terms of the applicable plans and policies.
