About the role
As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst, you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee (3 days at the office per week).
Responsibilities
- Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
- Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
- Create and document SOPs.
- Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes and business models to mitigate compliance fines.
Requirements
- Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn.
- Ability to analyze and problem-solve.
- Strong time management skills.
- BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related experience preferred.
- 3-5 years of Customer Operations or Supply Chain experience preferred.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $62,200 – $100,200 annually. The salary offered may vary based on job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and local wage requirements. Eligible employees may receive annual merit increases and additional rewards as part of the total compensation package.
Schedule
Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office.
