About the role

As a Customer Supply Chain Analyst on our Americas Supply Chain team, you’ll work as a hybrid employee (3 days at the office per week).

• Maintain Customer Scorecards to achieve KPIs (OTIF, SL, Compliance).
• Maximize Order to Cash by progressing to “Down in a Day” Order Management and achieving weekly 95% Drop to Target cycle times.
• Create and document SOPs.
• Track and report Supply Chain Customer Compliance and develop processes and business models to mitigate compliance fines.

• Solid computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, Business Warehouse).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Excellent time management skills.
• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Management, or related experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Operations or Supply Chain preferred.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $62,200 to $100,200 annually. The salary offered may vary based on job level, geographic location, experience, qualifications, and compliance with local wage requirements. Eligible employees may also receive annual merit increases and participate in our comprehensive benefits program.
