Summary: As we scale up, we are seeking a Customer Success Specialist to onboard, nurture, retain, and expand our mid-market Swine accounts. This role focuses on our Swine customers and plays a crucial part in our revenue growth goals. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be adept at handling multiple customer deliverables, and enjoy teaching customers while challenging the status quo to deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly responsible for onboarding, training, and support of customers to achieve retention and expansion of mid-market Swine accounts.
- Deliver a strong onboarding and training program to BinSentry's commercial customers.
- Engage with assigned customers through monthly meetings, on-site visits, and customized training.
- Ensure a strong customer experience and communication to align customer and BinSentry success.
- Expand business within existing accounts by effectively quantifying and communicating the value BinSentry provides.
- Collaborate with the sales team to nurture champions and super users within the organization.
- Work internally with Product to prepare and deliver customized insights reports, aiding in demonstrating ROI and customer expansion.
- Stay updated on BinSentry's product releases and new features to communicate effectively with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date records and effective communication using the Hubspot CRM.
- Listen to customer feedback and ensure a continuous improvement loop.
Education and Experience
- University/College degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience or equivalent in Account Management
- 3+ years of Customer Success experience directly managing a book of business greater than $3MM ARF
- Familiarity with onboarding/training processes
- Experience or passion for the Ag industry
