Responsibilities
- Provide professional support to customers via phone, email, and/or internal systems
- Serve as a primary point of contact for inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and a positive experience
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records within CRM or ticketing systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery
- Follow established processes and service standards to meet quality and performance expectations
- Aid with administrative support tasks related to customer accounts, requests, and issue resolution
Requirements
- Previous experience in a corporate customer support, call center, or office-based service role required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting
- Experience working with CRM platforms or customer management systems is a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
