Customer Success Specialist

About the role

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on professional remote customer communication, accurate case documentation, timely issue resolution, and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, candidate, patient, or client questions through approved remote communication channels.
• Document interactions accurately and track requests through resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, account status, or next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams when a request requires additional review or specialized support.
• Maintain professional service standards while protecting confidential information.

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.

Skills

Pay

Base compensation: $40,000–$58,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
