Customer Success Representative Summer Intern
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have description includes: Position Summary, Core Responsibilities (list), Internship Projects & Learning, Other Responsibilities, Performance Expectations, Scope & Autonomy, Qualifications (Education, Experience, Technical Skills), Core Competencies, Internship Development & Potential Career Path, Internship Compensation & Schedule (Paid summer internship, temporary, seasonal, compensation aligned, hybrid work schedule, internship schedule/duration, opportunity for professional development), About Vertosoft (company description), Internship Success Profile, Salary Description $18/HR.
We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe Position Summary + description). Responsibilities (Core Responsibilities + maybe other responsibilities). Requirements (maybe Qualifications? Actually Requirements could be Education, Experience). Qualifications maybe separate? But we have both Qualifications and Skills sections. The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to decide which sections to include based on content.
We have content for About the role (Position Summary). Responsibilities (Core Responsibilities + Other Responsibilities + Performance Expectations + Scope & Autonomy maybe). Requirements (Education, Experience). Qualifications maybe overlapping; but we could treat Qualifications as education/experience, Skills as technical skills/core competencies. Benefits: we have Internship Compensation & Schedule includes compensation, hybrid schedule, professional development. Benefits maybe not explicit besides compensation and schedule. Pay: we have Salary Description $18/HR. Schedule: hybrid work schedule, internship schedule/duration.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay: $18/HR. So Pay section with that. Schedule: we have hybrid work schedule based in Leesburg, VA. Internship schedule and duration established based on business needs and the summer internship program. So we can include Schedule section with that.
Benefits: we have "Opportunity for professional development, mentorship, and exposure to multiple areas of the business." Also maybe "Paid summer internship." That's compensation but could be benefit. We'll include Benefits section with those.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must output only HTML fragment, no /. Use for headings, - for lists,
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details from posting.
We'll structure:
About the role
Position Summary ...
Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Sales Coordination ... (list subpoints? Could be nested but we can just list each bullet as a responsibility). We'll need to capture each bullet from Core Responsibilities and Other Responsibilities etc. Might be long but okay.
We'll break into sub-sections? Not required; just list.
We'll include all responsibilities bullet points.
We'll need to parse the text: Core Responsibilities includes Order Processing & Sales Coordination (with sub-bullets), Customer & Post-Sales Support, Renewals & Internal Collaboration, Internship Projects & Learning, Other Responsibilities.
Performance Expectations and Scope & Autonomy could be separate but we can include under Responsibilities as they are expectations.
But maybe better to have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We'll decide:
About the role: Position Summary.
Responsibilities: Core Responsibilities + Other Responsibilities + Performance Expectations + Scope & Autonomy (maybe as expectations). We'll include all.
Requirements: Education, Experience (Prior professional experience not required, previous internship etc). Could be under Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe same as Requirements? But we have Qualifications heading separate; we could put Education under Qualifications, Experience under Requirements? But to avoid duplication, we can treat Qualifications as Education, Experience, Technical Skills? Actually we have Skills heading separate. So:
Qualifications: Education (Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree...), Experience (Prior professional experience is not required...). Could also include "Rising juniors and seniors preferred."
Skills: Technical Skills (Microsoft Office, CRM, communication, attention to detail, organization, learning agility) plus Core Competencies (list). We'll combine.
Benefits: Paid summer internship, Opportunity for professional development, mentorship, exposure to multiple areas of the business.
Pay: Salary Description $18/HR.
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule based in Leesburg, VA. Internship schedule and duration established based on business needs and the summer internship program.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, etc.
We'll need to ensure we don't create sections with filler like "not specified". All sections have content.

We'll need to escape any HTML special characters? Not needed.
