About the role

As a Seasonal Customer Success Representative, you will provide customer support through inbound and/or outbound phone calls only. This role is focused on helping customers by answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring a positive phone-based customer experience during our seasonal business period. This position does not include chat or email support responsibilities.

Your strong communication and listening skills will help customers feel supported, informed, and confident. You will play an important role in delivering Milliman’s value at every phone interaction while helping customers understand their health plan-related information and next steps.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer support through phone calls only
  • Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
  • Listen carefully to customer questions and concerns
  • Document call details accurately according to internal procedures
  • Escalate issues when appropriate
  • Follow established scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience during every call
  • Support seasonal customer service needs during a high-volume period

Requirements

  • A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent GED is required; education will be verified upon an accepted offer of employment
  • 0-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role preferred
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive, with a positive “can do” attitude
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future
  • Ability to work on-site in Omaha, Nebraska on a full-time basis (this is not a remote position)

Work Environment

This position is fully in-office and based at the Milliman Omaha office. The office is a business casual, professional environment located at 180th & Dodge, where employees work alongside a collaborative team of approximately 75 professionals.

This role is a seasonal/temporary, hourly, non-exempt, full-time position expected to last approximately 4 months, with an anticipated end date of January 1, 2027. The duration of the assignment may be adjusted based on business needs and does not guarantee ongoing employment beyond the assignment period.
