About the Opportunity:The CUSTOMER SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE role is critical to ensuring seamless order processing, customer support, and issue resolution. This position manages customer interactions across multiple channels to maintain high satisfaction and operational accuracy, contributing directly to the organization's service excellence and customer retention.
