Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Soil Science, Plant Sciences, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crop nutrition, soil science, or related field.
• Experience in managing research projects and conducting market analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of crop nutrition principles and practices.
• Understanding of sustainable farming practices and their impact on crop yield and quality.
• Experience working with data analysis tools and software.
• Ability to present findings and recommendations to diverse audiences.
