We are seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in New York. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of developing and executing strategic promotion plans that boost client engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement promotional strategies within budget constraints
  • Build and maintain client relationships and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Adapt to changing priorities and environments
  • Proactively solve problems with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Communicate complex concepts clearly through written and verbal means
  • Manage and execute promotional campaigns
  • Work effectively within budget and regulatory constraints
  • Support onboarding and deployment of new initiatives

Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Adaptability to changing priorities and environments
  • Proactive problem-solving
  • Basic understanding of marketing, CRM operations, and gaming industry KPIs (a plus)

Skills

  • Knowledge of gaming industry trends and KPIs
  • Experience with promotional campaign management and marketing strategy development
  • Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to promotions and marketing activities
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced sales or client success environment
