Job Description
We believe in Customer Success as helping customers achieve their desired outcomes and providing exceptional experiences. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) at Renaissance, you'll manage District and School level accounts, driving successful implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Success
- Strong understanding of the K12 education competitive landscape
- Organizational, analytical, and detail-oriented thinking skills
- Excellent CS strategy acumen and business development skills
- Strong interpersonal, written, presentation, and oral communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding goals and targets
- Experience within a SaaS education company (a plus)

Salary Range: $81,000-$86,500 (base salary only, additional bonus for hitting CSM targets applies).
