What You'll Do

  • Delivering world-class support to our top clients.
  • Maintain a balanced proactive/reactive relationship with your assigned accounts.
  • Dedicated duties include account monitoring, regular check-ins, and relationship building.
  • Reactive duties include training, product support, and appropriate delegation when technical issues and feature requests arise.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of customer success/relationship experience, preferably B2BBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience (Business, Marketing, or related field a plus)
  • Experience with Affiliate and performance marketing
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (Affiliate & Partnerships a Plus)
  • Consistent track record of providing stellar support to customers
  • Embraces teamwork and cross-team collaboration
  • Healthy dose of initiative and the ability to remain flexible
  • Detail-oriented and able to efficiently prioritize tasks
  • Abe critical thinker and an inventive problem-solver
  • Professional communication skills

Pay Range

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000 per year, plus 25% Variable Commission Plan ($20,000-$23,750) and generous stock (RSU) award. This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant, along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
