Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity

For our client, we are seeking a Customer Success Manager - Cybersecurity to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will focus on driving customer adoption, retention, and expansion for cybersecurity offerings that support operational technology environments. The ideal candidate will partner closely with sales, delivery, and distributor teams to strengthen customer outcomes and grow recurring revenue. You will use customer insights, value messaging, and structured review cadences to improve contract performance and uncover opportunities for additional services and subscriptions. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Manage annual recurring revenue targets and growth strategies for cybersecurity contracts Use customer success platform data to drive onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewals Translate customer data into value propositions for services and subscriptions Communicate value to customers through regular QBRs and other methods Recommend contract changes based on customer insights to enhance outcomes Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and Distributor teams to optimize the customer experience Provide feedback for continuous improvement of service offerings Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in the US Ability to travel 20% of the time 5+ years of experience in a commercial or technical role Knowledge of cybersecurity products and services in the OT space Benefits Health insurance including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) Paid time off Parental and caregiver leave Flexible work schedule Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
