About the role
The Customer Success Manager – Commercial Cards is responsible for driving customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and support. This role will work closely with commercial card customers to ensure they are getting the most out of their solutions.
Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Manage customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve product offerings
- Develop and execute onboarding plans to help new customers get up and running quickly
- Conduct regular customer surveys and gather feedback to inform product development and service improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a similar role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
- Experience with CRM tools and customer relationship management
Qualifications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay
Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually
