Customer Success Intern

About the role

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain exposure to the full client lifecycle within a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role is designed for a student or recent graduate interested in media, data, and client services, with strong organizational skills and a desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support reporting efforts, including data pulls, tracker updates, and basic analysis
• Support inventory categorization, pricing, data analysis
• Aid in internal project coordination (e.g., operation status follow-ups, internal client library templates)
• Maintain documentation and ensure consistency across workflows
• Help streamline processes to reduce manual workload and improve efficiency

Requirements

Student or recent graduate with interest in media, advertising, or data-driven environments
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Analytical mindset with curiosity to learn and improve processes
Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership
Strong communication and ability to work cross-functionally
