Job Summary

Retail and Industrial Solutions is expanding its capabilities to serve the largest retail and industrial customers. This role involves building strong, long-term technical relationships with these customers, understanding their needs, and advocating for them within HP.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and leads programs involving multiple functions and project teams to develop and implement products or services.
  • Oversees logistics of parts for builds and prototypes and manages multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Develops and directs schedules, critical deliverables, budget, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs.
  • Manages activities of supporting project teams and internal development partners; ensures progress against established plans and makes determinations based on business information to alter or update schedules and resource allocation.
  • Maintains procedural compliance, safety practices, and follows up on open points/actions during trials.
  • Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities.
  • Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

Requirements

  • Recommended: Four-year or graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Typically requires 7-10 years of work experience in engineering development and implementation, project planning tools, software packages, people management, or a related field.
  • Prior certifications not available.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applicable to United States of America candidates only).
