Customer Success Engineer

About the role

The Customer Success Engineers at Nuclearn deploy AI software inside nuclear plants. The role involves deploying and configuring the platform, ensuring customer success and adoption, providing technical advisory, and listening to customer feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and configure Nuclearn's platform on customer infrastructure (on-prem or in secure cloud)
• Partner with Engineering on custom work and ensure plant-system integrations
• Understand customer workflows and train users
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues
• Ensure customers get the outcomes they bought
• Surface insights to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer success engineering, technical implementation, or solutions engineering at a B2B software company
• Experience working with enterprise customers on complex deployments
• Genuinely technical, comfortable in Linux, Docker, troubleshooting integration issues
• Customer-facing by choice, comfortable with skeptical, technical buyers
• AI-fluent, understanding of AI tools and their limitations
• Comfortable with candor, ready to give and receive feedback

Qualifications

• Experience in nuclear, utilities, energy, or another regulated industry
• Familiarity with Azure, Terraform, or Kubernetes
• Experience with generative AI, Postgres, or Python
• Prior experience at an early-stage startup where the playbook was still being written
