Customer Success Director

About the role

The Customer Success Director at SpyCloud is responsible for maintaining long-term relationships with enterprise customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include building and managing relationships, creating and executing account plans, forecasting revenue, and articulating value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain solid industry knowledge and product understanding
• Build, leverage, and sustain relationships with enterprise customers and internal teams
• Co-create, execute, and oversee account plans
• Deliver growth by assuring usage, renewals, post-sales success, loyalty, expansion, and new product adoption
• Forecast and achieve revenue goals by identifying upsell opportunities
• Leverage company resources and executive relationships to win business
• Continually capture and monitor customer business drivers
• Effectively articulate value propositions and generate excitement through customer presentations
• Anticipate customer needs and proactively drive solutions
• Inspire others within the organization

Requirements

• Self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Strong interest in AI tools including Claude and ChatGPT
• Proven partnership building skills with executive and decision-maker level relationships
• Proficient in both oral and written communication
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Excellent analytical capabilities
• Creative problem solver
• Strong technical aptitude
• Adept at dealing with complex Enterprise customer relationships
• Experience in Customer Success Management
• Enterprise Account Management experience
• Cybersecurity and ATO prevention experience is a plus

Education

• BA/BS/Undergraduate degree required
• Competency with Google and Microsoft suites of business products
• Nice to have: Salesforce, Outreach, and Zendesk experience
