Responsibilities
- Leading and managing a team of Customer Success Managers towards achieving results including excellent growth revenue and increasing member base, in all specified geographic territories.
- Coaching and assisting staff with questions and problems that may arise, keeping the Vice President regularly informed.
- Reporting marketplace trends, competitive intelligence, and new product ideas to increase revenue.
- Driving strategic planning that generates revenue growth for the company.
- Planning, organizing, implementing, and executing major strategic initiatives for the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School/GED equivalent required.
- 7-10 Years Of Business-to-business Sales Experience Required.
- 2-5 years sales management experience preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Formal sales training (Sandler, SPIN Sales Training) preferred.
Pay
Expected total compensation of $117,000.00 - $125,000.00 with a base of $72,000.00 - $80,000.00.
Schedule
ASI currently has a hybrid work model. All employees, who live within a one hour commuting distance, are required to work onsite on Wednesdays.
