Customer Success Coordinator
About the Role
The Customer Success Coordinator operates within event management and marketing for corporate events, product launches, brand activations, creative design, and experiential campaigns. This role focuses on customer success-driven coordination and service resolution, ensuring decisions align with the unique demands of event-based environments.
Responsibilities
- Review customer success-focused coordination with issue resolution, maintaining visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action for all checkpoints in event-based workflows.
- Document global events role documentation with status tracking, ensuring clarity in source, ownership, and progress for corporate events, product launches, and brand activations.
- Maintain case management with deadline tracking, separating confirmed facts, pending dependencies, and exceptions to prevent downstream rework.
- Reconcile documentation with reporting, ensuring traceability and accountability for unresolved items in experiential campaigns and creative design projects.
- Coordinate quality control and workflow management, applying customer-focused, success-driven, and coordination-owned standards to event workflows.
Decision-Making Standards
Strong customer success coordination ensures service resolution remains usable under the specific demands of event management. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced before causing downstream rework.
Success Profile
- Use Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Customer Service confidently in event-based coordination.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines in customer success workflows.
- Document process compliance and issue escalation decisions to maintain clarity in event management contexts.
- Exercise judgment in follow-ups, prioritizing confirmed facts over assumptions in coordination tasks.
The role-specific handoff test ensures documentation, cross-functional coordination, and customer success alignment are current; if these signals are missing, the work remains incomplete.
