Customer Success Coordinator

About the Position

We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Success Coordinator to support customers throughout their relationship with our company. You'll serve as a consistent point of contact for customers, helping with onboarding, answering questions, coordinating account needs, and ensuring they receive timely and effective support. You'll also work closely with internal teams to resolve issues, organize customer information, and maintain a positive customer experience.
