About the role
This is a great entry point to Allego's award-winning Customer Success team for someone who is friendly, tech-savvy, and values being part of an evolving, amazing team.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with Directors to support post implementation support
- Provide customer support via email and Zoom
- Act as a knowledge expert for the Allego platform
- Deliver Success Acceleration Services that includes execution and configuration activities designed to increase user adoption and engagement, as well as supplemental content creation and transformation
- Work with Allego Product and Product Development teams to escalate and manage the resolution of client issues and problems
- Host live office hours training sessions for new and existing customers
- Manage and track customer interactions via Salesforce.com and ChurnZero
Requirements
- 1-2 years professional experience in customer service, client relations, and/or account management (desired)
- Ability to work well and contribute independently as well as in a team environment
- Effective in managing both long-term projects and short-term tasks
- Extremely responsive to customers, demonstrating a high level of urgency and ownership of helping to resolve issues
- Highly detail-oriented and quality-driven
- Mobile-savvy with knowledge of Google Workspace suite, including Camtasia and QuickTime (plus)
- Salesforce.com experience (plus)
- ChurnZero experience (plus)
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Knowledgeable about modern technology and digital tools

Pay
$57,000 - $73,000 with a 10% variable bonus target
