At Spin, recruitment is about more than filling roles; it’s about creating real human connections. We partner with leading U.S. companies to help them hire exceptional talent through a true direct-hire process, ensuring candidates join our clients’ teams directly while we support them throughout the journey.

About the role

This is your chance to be the face of a casino management platform for its U.S. customers — running demos for prospective operators, leading go-lives on the floor, and making sure every client gets real value from the system. You’ll work at the center of a global team, connecting operators in New York and Las Vegas with product and engineering colleagues across Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Run product demonstrations and walk prospective customers through how the casino management system solves their day-to-day operational problems.
  • Gather customer business requirements and translate them into clear solutions alongside regional product and implementation teams.
  • Lead user training, workshops, and go-live support so every deployment lands successfully.
  • Build the training materials, user guides, and documentation customers actually rely on.
  • Monitor adoption after go-live - collect feedback, resolve functional inquiries, and partner with technical teams to close out issues.
  • Own the customer relationship: track satisfaction, spot friction early, and turn what you learn into product improvements.
  • Act as the bridge between U.S. customers and Asia-based product and support teams, keeping knowledge flowing in both directions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Information Systems, Gaming Management, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • 3–5 years in customer success, implementation, training, casino operations, hospitality systems, gaming technology, or enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills, with a real talent for customer relationship management.
  • The ability to learn complex software quickly and explain technical concepts to non-technical users without jargon.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating with cross-functional, multi-region teams.
  • Experience or familiarity with casino operations or gaming technology is a strong plus.

Pay

$80,000.00 - $95,000.00 USD annually.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, EST, regular business hours. Hybrid between New York, NY and Las Vegas, NV.
