Join us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world. As a Customer Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers and provide sales and service support across the district.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, identifying needs and providing effective solutions.
- Process quotes and orders for Account Managers, maintaining high volume and accuracy.
- Provide technical support, promote product offerings, and identify additional sales opportunities.
- Make outbound calls, resolve customer issues within policy, and visit customers as needed.
- Support store operations through event assistance, in-store coverage, inventory tasks, and adherence to safety and standard work.
- Collaborate with teams, mentor new associates, engage in community activities, and model strong customer-facing behavior.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of inside sales, retail, or related experience.
- An HVAC or mechanical background is preferred.
- Strong customer-service, sales, and relationship-building skills.
- A high energy, teamwork orientation, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools.

Schedule
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
