Primary Responsibilities
- Be the go-to contact for our clients, ensuring total satisfaction and exceptional service.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries.
- Educate clients on financial topics, offering insights on business investments, insurance, retirement solutions, and savings strategies.
- Design personalized financial plans to help clients with budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and planning for retirement.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance account value through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining high client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older, a U.S. citizen, and successfully complete a background check.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are a must.
- Adeptness with CRM systems like Salesforce for basic reporting is preferred, as is the ability to decode account health metrics and translate them into insightful summaries.
- A Life Producer license is required within two weeks of being hired.
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in customer service, leadership, or management.
- Experience in education, coaching, military, or as an elite athlete.
- An entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, and a sincere desire to help people.
- Advanced skills in negotiation or technical problem-solving.
Pay
The pay range for this part-time role is $30,000 - $50,000.
