Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily customer communications, ensuring every interaction is professional, warm, and friendly.
- Actively listen to and respond to customer inquiries, confirming understanding of their needs.
- Utilize a consultative approach to present LES services, highlighting how our solutions meet customer needs and enhance their operations.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of CSR professionals to achieve overall call center objectives and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent required.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and analytical skills.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to manage various systems for reporting and case management.
- Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish required.
