Customer Solutions Representative 1 - Lansing, MI

Tier 1 – Level 1 (Entry-Level Support)

• Handle general payment-related inquiries and support customers with basic account questions.
• Direct calls to appropriate levels as needed.
• Affix assistance to customers with web portal and troubleshoot issues.
• Complete project work such as ACH failures, address verifications, and invoice rejections.
• Help with 30-day collections calls.

What We’re Looking For

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Two years’ experience working in customer service or an equivalent environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and 365.
• Bilingual experience is a plus.
