Target earnings: $60,000–$80,000+, based on performance.
- Welcome and assist customers during service check-ins and walk-ins
- Proactively recommend relevant upgrades, add-ons, and accessories
- Accurately quote prices and book service appointments
- Keep customers informed on their unit’s progress and any new opportunities
- Maintain timely and professional communication throughout the customer journey
- Use CRM and scheduling tools to track leads, appointments, and service outcomes
- Support team members and participate in ongoing sales and service training
Meet or exceed monthly service-related accessory and upgrade sales goals
Maintain strong NPS (Net Promotor Score) through clear, positive communication
Drive repeat business through excellent service and follow-up
Minimize scheduling errors and ensure smooth service transitions for customers
Contribute to a high-performing, team-driven culture within the service department
