Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and online chat.
- Work in a call-center environment (approximately 50% phone support).
- Manage customer requests, escalations, and issue resolution.
- Process orders, returns, credits, debits, quotes, and status updates in SAP.
- Manage CRM queues and customer communications.
- Support customers using online ordering and catalog platforms.
- Document all customer interactions in CRM.
- Cook up with suppliers regarding orders, returns, and product inquiries.
- Support real-time online chat requests.
- Research and resolve customer issues through collaboration with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of customer support/customer service experience.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience supporting HVAC, Building Automation, or Fire Safety customers.
- SAP experience.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM.
