Main Responsibilities
- High quality and high-volume customer service - assisting our members over the phone and in person at various stages of their membership.
- Receive and review paperwork to ensure thorough and accurate completion.
- Process changes.
- Retrieving account information for members and explaining the information to them.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of demonstrated; successful customer service experience by phone and/or in person.
- Notary Public or ability and willingness to obtain Notary Public capabilities.
