Customer Services Representative

Main Responsibilities

  • High quality and high-volume customer service - assisting our members over the phone and in person at various stages of their membership.
  • Receive and review paperwork to ensure thorough and accurate completion.
  • Process changes.
  • Retrieving account information for members and explaining the information to them.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent plus 1 to 2 years of demonstrated; successful customer service experience by phone and/or in person.
  • Notary Public or ability and willingness to obtain Notary Public capabilities.
