About the role

A typical day involves working in close collaboration with a small team of IT Officers to maintain the customer's mission critical IT platforms. Providing technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to customer systems, software, hardware or networks. Identifying, analyzing, and implementing process changes. Using Active Directory to perform password resets, grant share drive access, submit new accounts or group access. Identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems (hardware/software). Performing workstation deployments and upgrades. Collaborating with network and storage administrators to resolve technical problems.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience.
  • Minimum of 6 years related experience.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with active directory, Windows 7, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of hardware/application troubleshooting skills.
